Dinner at Shannon's

So far I am loving retirement,We made a lovely meal of seared scallops, steelhead trout, with fettuccine Alfredo sauce with mushrooms and spinach. We also had humus with veggies and crackers and fresh baked apple pie.

    There is nothing better than fresh scallops.
    The pasta sauce looks yummy.
